• Voucher is valid for the Bay Area Tomato Battle only. The event takes place on Oct. 1. Registration begins at noon, and the first tomato will be thrown at 4:30pm. Check the full schedule at http://tomatobattle.com/norcal/.
• Must be at least 14 years old to participate in the Battle. Must be at least 21 years old to drink beer.
• Eye protection (swim goggles, sunglasses) is recommended. You should also wear shoes with good treads, and clothes you're willing to get dirty.
• Everyone must sign a waiver before participating; minors must have a guardian to sign the waiver.
• Your voucher will act as your ticket to the event.
• Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Voucher not valid until day of event.
