I recently had the pleasure of reviewing a desk set from Ben's Garden. Soon as I opened the box I knew that I was in for a treat.  As I pushed back the packing peanuts a gorgeous ribbon wrapped package awaited me.

The package was beautifully wrapped in a unique butterfly gift wrap with the signature Ben's Garden green ribbon. To tell you the truth, I tried my hardest to preserve the gift wrap because it was just that pretty. It will certainly be used on a future craft project or gift from yours truly.

 

Once I opened the package there were 2 packages of note pads and a lovely decopaged paperweight.  The high quality notepads had funny sayings that made me chuckle as I jotted down my grocery list and daily errands on them.  I have plenty of paperweights laying around my house, but I have to say that the decopaged Ben's Garden one is by far the most exquisite. You can see the details in the craftsmanship of the paper weight and it became more of an accessory to my office rather than another heavy object to hold my papers in place.

RCFibers Carbon Fiber Money Clip Review

Recently I had the opportunity to review a set of money clips from RCFibers.  You have to believe me when I tell you that these carbon fiber money clips were second to none! The design, durability and strength had my husband and in a standoff as to which one was the best.  We finally came to the conclusion that they were all winners, and here's why.

My husband is hard on money clips I can't even begin to count how many money clips he has gone through because they tarnished, bent or broke. Not only are the RCFibers money clips durable, but they are very stylish as well. The shiny black geometric design is stylish enough for business wear or formals, yet has a cool factor that makes them key for daily use as well. He preferred the wider on just because it had more coverage, but the thinner one was just as durable and stylish. Both money clips performed well and I highly recommend both of them for Dads, Grads and anyone else who wants to carry a little swag with their cash.

Now for the Hybrid Wallet-Money Clip Combo.  There was a whole lot of debate over why THIS IS THE MUST HAVE PRODUCT FOR MEN AND WOMEN. Since my husband wears a business suit seven days a week, he finds it hard to carry a full wallet on him. The Hybrid Wallet-Money Clip Combo was truly the answer to his prayers.  It gave him the money clip portion that he truly likes to carry around, as well as the room to carry his drivers license and a couple of credit cards. It was light enough to carry in his pants pocket or his suit coat pocket. HOWEVER, I loved the Hybrid Wallet-Money Clip Combo just as much as he did. When I go out for the evening, I usually take a small clutch and leave my big purse at home. The Hybrid Wallet-Money Clip is THE PERFECT combination of size and function for my clutch purses! Women know how hard it can be to fit everything into an evening bag and we have been known to cram until the purse breaks.  I was able to carry my phone, lipstick and the Hybrid Wallet-Money Clip in my purse and feel like I didn't have leave anything behind or sacrifice function for style.  The beautiful black leather finish makes it stylish, and the brushed metal money clip keeps your money secure and en vogue.  I'm pretty sure you will be seeing a lot more of the Hybrid Wallet Money Clips around because style has collided with functionality and durability and that is definitely a winning combination.

Adovia Mineral Skin Care Purifying Mud Mask Review

I had the opportunity to review the Purifying Mud Mask from the Adovia Mineral Skin Care line this week and I'm pleased to report that I am happy with the product. As a woman I am constantly bombarded with images in the media telling me that this cream will make me throw out the others or  this syrum will make my look ten times younger. I don't want to look 10 times younger, I just want healthy, beautiful skin that I can be proud of.

I don't try many skincare products because I just finished chemotherapy and my skin has been very sensitive. However, I decided to go ahead and review the Adovia Purifying Mud Mask because it contains mud and minerals from the Dead Sea. For centuries the Dead Sea has been known for it's health benefits, especially when it comes to skin care so I knew I could not go wrong.

After applying a thin layer of the mask to my already cleansed skin and allowing it to dry, I gently washed it off with warm water. After blotting my face dry with a towel, the mirror revealed  my skin to be clean and renewed.  I chose to use a moisturizer with SPF since I was going outside today. I will certainly be making Adovia Mineral Skin Care part of my skin care routine.

Happy Feet Oakland Raiders Low Pro Slippers Review

Recently I had the awesome privilege of reviewing a pair of Oakland Raiders slippers from Happy Feet.  Not only are my fingers happy to write about these comfy kicks, but my toes are happy to chime in as well!
